Refund Policy

We offer 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please call 323-900-0303 and an associate will help you.  If the item you received was incorrectly shipped or damaged, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Manufacturer’s Warranties

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty. Specific tire information is available on each tire model’s product page via a “Warranty” link.

Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and Contact Us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as if the tire has been installed, or has been used.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For exchanges we normally also require the item to be scanned by Fedex First before we can ship any replacement items.

Refunds

Once we approve a request to refund, we will either provide return labels, or provide an address to return the items to. We will provide labels to orders where we were on fault such as incorrect, damaged products. For orders that were correctly fulfilled customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
