How can I track the status of my order / Backorder?
You can track your order online or call customer service at 323-900-0303. You will need your order number and billing ZIP Code when tracking online.
How Can I get a copy of my invoice?
Once your order has been shipped, an invoice will be included with your order. If you need a reprinted copy of the invoice, you can request one via the order history page by using the “Email Me A Copy of This Invoice” link on the order.
How do I make a return or exchange?
You can start a return process on our webpage. We can provide you with return labels if we delivered the wrong product or if we delivered a defective product. Other return cases will fall under your responsibility and you will need to cover the return fees. Oftentimes we can sell you a return label for your convenience.

When will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after placing it excluding holidays. Sometimes we ship items as soon as 4 hours after order is placed. After the tires are shipped we will update you with a Tracking number.
What happens if a tire is damaged or defective?
That depends, if your tires are defective when you received them, simply contact our customer support to start a damage claim. We will start a replacement order that same day once initiated.
If your tire was damaged after being installed we unfortunately don’t cover any road hazard warranties other than manufacturer defect issues. If you think your tire has a manufacturer defect then contact our support team to start a defective tire claim.
